The project seeks to transport the viewer into Arvo Pärt’s musical composition “Spiegel im Spiegel” (1978).

In this project the musical score is translated into a spatial installation, framing the abstract and minimal landscape of Buitenwerkplaats. Exposing music through a visual medium makes conscious the space that music occupies.

The work has been developed during the artist in residence program "Cultureland". Fall 2017
